1. Products & Use

EATRASA sells halal, ready-to-cook biryani and curry pastes intended for home cooking.

  • Our products are not ready-to-eat meals

  • Cooking instructions must be followed for best results

  • Taste may vary depending on ingredients and cooking methods used by the customer

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability

  • Prices are displayed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and may change without prior notice

  • We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards and e-wallets via secure third-party payment gateways

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information

Orders may be cancelled if payment is unsuccessful or information provided is incorrect.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only

  • We deliver within selected serviceable areas in Malaysia

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt

EATRASA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

However, we may offer a resolution at our discretion if:

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • Your order arrives damaged

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved resolutions may include store credit, replacement, or discount vouchers.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as spices, nuts, dairy, or gluten

  • While our products are halal, customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing ingredient information

EATRASA shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues arising from product consumption.

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Accounts are non-transferable

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.eatrasa.com, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Packaging designs

  • Recipes and content

is the intellectual property of EATRASA and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EATRASA shall not be liable for:

  • Improper use or cooking of products

  • Allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities

  • Delays or failures caused by third-party delivery partners

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
